Schematic Design »
Following the pre-design process, the representation of the building begins to take place during the Schematic Design Phase. Although further refinements will be needed, this is the first tangible representation of the project.
Design Development »
Refinement of concerns and potential issues that develop as different disciplines interact is the main focus of the Design Development Phase. The project gets refined as different disciplines interact. For example, in a space where the client would like a high ceiling, it is necessary to verify that there is adequate space for lighting and heating and cooling systems.

After the drawings are complete, then the Construction Phase begins.
