Since opening our doors in June of 2002, one of Design Collaborative Colorado (DCC) Architects’ main roles has been to develop the vision of the designer into high quality construction documents. This collaborative approach has served us well. Our expertise in regional retail centers and lifestyle centers has afforded us the opportunity to work with numerous large corporate clients, as well as a variety of smaller, boutique clients. We have developed projects from the preliminary, schematic design stages through to construction documents, construction administration and final project closeout. Our experience ranges from the design of retail spaces, restaurants, spas and salons to offices and learning facilities; in addition to tenant finish services for our large corporate clients.
This small, woman-owned architectural firm started by Melissa Bow-Richardson (a licensed architect since 1998), has completed work on a variety of projects across the United States. Currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, New Jersey, New Mexico, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas, DCC Architects, LLC, has become a leader in the collaborative approach to architecture. Also a member of United States Green Building Council (USGBC), DCC Architects has LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to fulfill all your green project requirements.
